    - Ensuring all equipment and passengers are securely loaded and unloaded.

    2. Customer Interaction:

    - Greeting and assisting customers with loading and unloading their bikes.

    - Providing information about the trails, safety tips, and answering any questions customers might have.

    - Ensuring a positive and friendly experience for all customers.

    3. Safety and Maintenance:

    - Conducting regular checks and maintenance of the shuttle vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.

    - Following all safety protocols and driving regulations, particularly for off-road driving.

    - Keeping records of maintenance and any issues that arise during transport.

    4. Scheduling and Coordination:

    - Managing a schedule to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

    - Coordinating with other staff members, such as bike mechanics or shop assistants, to provide seamless service.
